The End

The year is coming to an end and with my birthday and holidays soon approaching I am happy. I am finally going to be 18 which probably surprises many of you since there are high school seniors who are older than me. But anyways the holidays in winter are the best part of the year for me since there are a lot of parties that are thrown. My cousins and I play too many games that get posted on Facebook by my aunts and uncles and Snapchat by my cousins. One year we played truth or dare and that shit went way too far since me and my cousin (hector) always do anything just to win we had makeup put on us and we looked like clowns had risen from the dead. Another year my other cousin (Danny) came from Chicago and we had dared him to ask the neighbor for an umbrella then (Alex) had to eat some dog food which he said tasted like corn nuts. We make a game out of whoever sleeps first and when that person falls asleep they get slapped with shaving cream. There are already a ton of videos of us gett...

Workload

This is hell week for me I had to plan out which classes I am going to take next semester and doing work for every single class this blog did not help me out either. Picking my classes for next semester was a bit easier considering I am keeping this English class. But the work I have to put into my classes right now is stressful I never thought this could happen. In Stats I hit a new low and with her rushing everything because she wants days off we have to learn everything we need for the test in under two weeks. Considering it is based on what we learned for the last test makes it even worse since I didn't even get half credit for it. I also have to write a paper for my Criminal Justice class and do the workload that we have for English not to mention the skit me and a group are doing for communication. Trying to keep up with everything will be a struggle but after I am done with the week I will be glad that I was able to go through the hell week that occurs every semester. For me...

College

When it was time to start applying for college many of my teachers said that college was difficult. Now as the end of the first semester approaches I can officially say college is easier than high school. I think the hardest part of college is picking classes that align with work schedules and time to do things after class. So many of my teachers said that the midterms were going to be difficult but I aced my criminal justice exam without having the book for the class. Even though I like driving I feel like driving nine hours a week is to much especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays when I go to Stockton after I finish my comm class in Turlock. College would be a lot easier if I lived closer to Turlock. As the year comes to an end and finals soon approaching I hope the rest of the year continues to fly by with ease. Although we have to pick our classes for next semester I am glad I can keep this one as it is something I am already familiar to and will help me kick off the next semester in...
